We're Tulsi and Sam — a married couple, and team dedicated to helping leaders access ancient practices in a way that's modern, evidence-based, and actually sustainable.
We met in college and connected over a shared love for the arts, nature and the magic of life. We bonded over a shared belief: that the ancient practices of yoga and Ayurveda hold profound wisdom for modern life—but they need to be taught in a way that's accessible, credible, and free from dogma.
Between us, we have over 6,000 hours of classical training with world-renowned masters, graduate degrees from Harvard, and research experience at Harvard Medical School. We've taught everywhere from the United Nations to tech startups to destination retreats across the globe.
Now we're based in Asheville, North Carolina, where we host immersive workshops, design custom wellness programs, and work 1:1 with founders and leaders who want to perform at their best without burning out.
As an interracial couple living a conscious lifestyle, we also bring unique perspectives on integrating Eastern wisdom into Western life—honoring tradition while making it relevant for today.
Rooted in tradition.
We've trained extensively with Sadhguru (3,000+ hours) and Dr. Vasant Lad (850+ hours)—two of the most respected living masters in yoga and Ayurveda.
Validated by science.
Tulsi's work at Harvard Medical School's research center on yoga and meditation informs everything we teach. We don't ask you to believe—we show you the evidence and build it together.
Built for your life.
We work with skeptics, achievers, and people with chaotic schedules. Our practices are portable, adaptable, and designed to work in the real world.
