We discuss your health history, daily routines, stress patterns, sleep, energy, and goals. I'll assess your Ayurvedic constitution and identify root imbalances. Together we will dig deeper to get to the root cause of the challenges you are working with.
Session 2: Protocol Review (45 min)
You receive a custom protocol including daily rhythm recommendations, targeted movement/breathwork practices, nutrition guidance, sleep optimization, and stress management tools. We walk through your plan, troubleshoot obstacles, and build your implementation strategy.

We offer yoga and wellness workshops and programs curated and crafted for your/ your group's unique needs and wellness goals. We create bespoke retreats as immersive wellness experiences in nature and culture for intimate groups (4-10) to delve deeper into their wellbeing. Retreats are an opportunity to soak in the beauty of inner awareness, and build conscious community in serene natural surroundings. They are an ideal way to fortify your sacred practice without the distractions of daily life, and also have 1:1 time with teachers to ask questions and explore deeper within.

We offer yoga sessions in the morning and help curate a variety of different (optional) activities during the afternoons including nature excursions, beach days, visits to unique historic/spiritual sites, educations and arts experiences to enjoy and experience the region's culture with local experts.
